President (e):
Elected by universal suffrage adherent members for a term of five years shall be renewable twice. The President shall represent the Federation and chair meetings of the Board and General Assemblies.

Board of Directors:
Constituted by (or) President (e) and by the Chairmen of the Standing Committees and the members appointed by secret ballot within the limit of ¼.
This Council is the supreme body of the FNEM defining the policy to be followed and the strategy it deems appropriate in the context of achieving the assigned objectives. It has the most extensive powers to act on behalf of the FNEM within the limits of the corporate purpose.
A total or partial delegation may be made in favor of (or) President (e).

General Assembly:
The General Assembly meets at least once a year and elects (or) President (e) of the FNEM every five years. It decides on the report of the Office of the Federation and hears the report of the Auditor. supreme body, it brings together all members in order to assess the actions taken during exercise.

The Committees and Working Groups:
FNEM has structures that allow it to respond effectively to its various missions. It is based on the guidelines set by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee that oversee the work in the committees and working groups.
The Executive Committee coordinates the work of commissions on an annual action plan prepared and approved.
These Commissions role is to reflect, to encourage dialogue and to propose solutions on common themes related to the digital economy, be it economic, legal or tax. These Commissions are spaces for communication and debate that invite members FNEM to enrich it with their proposals, their ideas and their actions.
Members can join the committee of their choice, according to their area of ​​expertise.
